When producing alkali solutions of different concentrations, corrosion of evaporators, pipes, and storage tanks often results in many black impurities that affect product quality. Apart from using filtration or precipitation methods to remove these impurities, are there any other approaches? We invite all experts to share their ideas! # ， ， &
1. Keep the stabilization device operating to prevent corrosion caused by improper temperature changes during shutdown. 2. Place magnets in the alkali storage tank. 3. Install two filters at the inlet of the alkali storage tank, one in use and one as a backup; switch them for cleaning when a certain pressure difference is reached or when the flow rate of the alkali drops to a specific level
The most important thing is to ensure proper selection of equipment materials and control of operational parameters, addressing the issues at their root.
