Dear friends, what are the chemicals used in conversion and synthesis of steam drum boilers? What are the indicators? What are the chemicals and concentrations in the distillation column? Please give me some advice.
There seems to be no indicator for caustic soda, sodium phosphate, water, and low-pressure steam. Generally, one pot contains about two kilograms of caustic soda and one kilogram of phosphate. The temperature is boiled to about 180 degrees for four hours.
(1) Close all irrelevant valves to prevent steam and water from flowing into other equipment. Before adding medicine, fill the boiler with water, overflow the vent pipe to the ditch, and then open the drain valve until the water is clear. (2) Dosage of boiling solution: NaOH, 2.5 kg/m3·water, Na3PO4·12H2O, 3 kg/m3·water, the reforming furnace requires 4 m3 of water, and the medium transformer boiler requires 3 m3 of water. (3) After washing with water, lower the liquid level of the steam drum to the low limit, then add the medicine to the dosing tank in two batches, dissolve it with a small amount of water first, and then send it to the steam drum. After all the medicine is put into the steam drum as required, add water to raise the liquid level to close to the high limit, then stop adding water, and add steam to maintain the steam drum at a pressure of 0.2MPa for boiling. (4) During the cooking process, keep the alkalinity of the solution at not less than 2000 mg/L, and the P2O5 at not less than 500 mg/L. Analyze it once an hour. If it is lower than this value, add additional medicine according to the calculated amount. The boiler is grounded and should be drained frequently, and it is required to be drained every 15 minutes. (5) Cook for 48 hours from the time of adding the medicine. When the phosphate content is analyzed to have little change and tends to be stable, the boiler can be stopped, and then water is added for cleaning and discharge until the alkalinity in the discharged water is less than 20 mg/amount/liter. (6) After boiling the stove, if you do not start the machine immediately, the water in the equipment pipes should be drained.
