1. First, the catalyst should be heated for reduction. (Nitrogen heating or steam heating) 2. Raise the bed temperature to the catalyst’s initial activity temperature. 3. Introduce the feed gas; at first, the flow rate should be low, and the gas-to-gas ratio can be set a bit higher, with the flow rate gradually increased depending on the circumstances. 4. Pay attention to the bed temperature, which shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, to avoid overheating. 5. Improve system drainage. 6. Once the bed temperature reaches the normal operating temperature, the analysis sample is considered satisfactory. When stopping, 1. gradually reduce the load. Reduce the amount of feed gas and steam used; 2. Cut off the feed gas. 3. Cut off the steam. 4. Close the transformation outlet valve. 5. System pressure holding.
