The grinding roller is conical and has a roller sleeve on the surface. The angle between the axis of the grinding roller and the horizontal is 15", and the rocker arm can be turned outward for maintenance and repair. The grinding disc is paved with wear-resistant poles along the movement path of the grinding roller. The transmission device is installed under the grinding plate and has the ability to withstand the load of the grinding roller. Small Loesche mills are pressurized by springs, while large and medium-sized Loesche mills use hydraulic systems. The material is evenly added from the feed D on the side of the upper casing and falls on the grinding disc. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed and crushed by the grinding roller. There is a blocking ring on the edge of the grinding plate, which can adjust the thickness of the material bed. The extruded and ground material overflows from the retaining ring, and the rising air flow from above the grinding plate through a circle of channels between the grinding plate and the machine casing brings the material overflowing out of the grinding plate into the upper grinding and powder selection chamber. Due to the large cross-section of the upper space, the air flow velocity decreases, and the coarse particles will first fall back to the grinding disc. The materials brought up by the air flow are separated by the separator. The coarser particles will fall to the grinding disc for further grinding, and the finer particles will be taken out of the mill as finished products. The impeller type separator installed on the upper part of the vertical mill has an adjustable speed. The blades rotate on the vertical axis. Its rotation causes the air flow carrying the material to produce centrifugal motion, causing the coarser particles to break away from the air flow and be thrown toward the inner wall of the machine and slide into the mill. The fineness of the fine powder brought out by the air flow can reach 0.2mm and the sieve residue is 1%, and the 0.09mm sieve residue is 12% or less. Taking into account the influence of dust concentration and temperature in the mill, the bearings for installing the grinding rollers are placed outside the casing. Depending on the grindability of the material and the air flow rate, a material circulation will occur in the vertical mill. The circulating load of materials in the vertical mill is 8 to 10 times the actual feeding amount, which requires a higher air flow rate, so hot gas can be used for drying operations. Loesche mill can dry and grind cement raw materials with a moisture content of rts% without affecting the material handling capacity. If used for coal grinding, the moisture content of the coal can be relaxed to 25%. The relevant production data are as follows: The production capacity of cement raw meal grinding machine can exceed 500t/h. The maximum moisture content of the material is 20%. The product fineness is 6 to 20% after 4900-hole sieve. When grinding medium-hard materials with a moisture content of 8%, the fineness is 12% for 4900-hole sieve and 12% for 900-hole sieve, the power consumption is about 13kwh/t, and the power consumption includes mill, separator, fan, feeding equipment and dust collection equipment. When grinding coal powder, when its fineness is 4900 holes and the sieve residue is 10-15%, the power consumption is 20-24kwh/t.
There seems to be no picture. Do I need to reply before I can see it?
