Please help select the fan and manufacturer suitable for use at the outlet of an electrostatic precipitator, where the temperature is 240–320 degrees, the sulfur dioxide concentration is 12,000 mg/Nm3, the gas flow rate is 105,000–125,000 m3, and the dust content is less than 1 g/Nm3
Manufacturers: Wuxi Blower Factory and Shenyang Blower Factory – the blowers produced by these two factories are good choices. The selection should be made based on the performance curves of the blowers, or following the recommendations of the manufacturers.
I recommend Henan Xinxiang Xima Blower Co., Ltd.; use the 4-73 series. Talk to the engineer at the manufacturer, and he will be able to select the appropriate model for you based on calculations
