What is the general flow rate of the fresh water main pipe in the workshop?
It is more reasonable to take 1.5~2m/s
Generally, the flow rate of water is controlled at 1.0~~2.5m/s

I think the clean water pipes mentioned by the poster include tap water, process water and cooling water. I personally think they should be treated differently. For tap water flow rate, 1m/s is more suitable.; For process water, consider the seal water of some pumps. If the flow rate is too low, it is easy to scale and grow bacteria. It should be 2~3m/s. ; The cooling water should be determined according to the water condition of the floor. It is generally used as the cold medium of the heat exchanger. A relatively large flow rate should also be considered, which may sometimes be 5m/s.
There are three types of clean water we use in the workshop, one is tap water, which usually takes 2m/s, the other is deionized water, which has a booster pump, and takes 3m/s, and the other is circulating water from the cooling tower, which takes 2m/s. Agree with what was said on the 5th floor. The tap water main pipe has a flow rate of 0.3 Mpa and the flow rate is 1.5-3.5m/s. The industrial water supply is <0.8Mpa and the flow rate is 1.5-3.5m/s.
