Are there circuit breakers available with 24VDC 0.5A? Which brand is good?
The DC version is not clear; for AC circuit breakers of the DZ108 series, those that allow adjustment to 0.5A can be used, or fuses with a 0.5A rating can also be employed for protection.

I’ve never used a DC circuit breaker; we use Tianzheng brand electrical appliances, and their quality is quite good.
There must be some; all the major manufacturers should have them.
24V circuit breakers are quite rare; could you consider using an AC one instead?
There is a DC switch. 0.5A accuracy is a bit high. . .
Just go up to the next model, Mitsubishi CP30-BA 2P 0.5A. It is suitable for both AC and DC use, and can be fully applied in DC24V 0.5A applications.
