Is washing required before the combined operation of low-temperature methanol washing? Do I need to wash them one by one?
If there’s plenty of water and time, it’s best to wash it, hehe

Before starting the water-driven operation, it is necessary to clean out any debris inside the equipment; each piece of equipment must be purged with nitrogen. There should be no iron scraps, welding slag, iron pieces, or any other kind of debris inside. Larger debris is removed by cleaning, while smaller debris is removed through purging. The washing process involves hot alkaline cleaning to remove oil residues from the equipment; the alkalinity level is 2-3%, and after 24 hours, the area is washed with clean water before methanol can be used. :Call: Please point out any unreasonable aspects.

The purpose is to remove dirt. Prevent methanol contamination. and cause problems in power equipment such as pumps. The impeller is blocked or damaged by iron slag. . It causes blockages in the heat exchanger. . It affects mass and heat transfer. .
The tower doesn’t need to be washed, right? It’s already been cleaned before installation, as the rear flange and connections are all sealed. So water intermodal transport is sufficient.

Before putting the NHD purification system into operation in our facility, cleaning, purging, water washing, alkali washing, and further cleaning are carried out. There are requirements from the design firm, and there are also requirements from the solvent manufacturers.
