Create a section for design programs

Is there a section on the forum dedicated to design programs? In regular design work, there is some overlap between tasks, which often leads to disputes. Could we create a section for design discussions where everyone can communicate?
This is a chemical engineering forum; discussions and exchanges on programming are not required. At most, it is just the sharing of chemical-related procedures and software materials.
Hehe! What the original poster means is “designing programs”, not “program design”. Designing programs involves deciding what should be designed at each stage, as well as determining the sequence of requirements among different specialties……
I mean the 3rd floor. I think it’s still necessary to have communication, not the software programming
