The inductive proximity switches used in our gas generation unit are of the PNP type, three-wire configuration, and operate at a DC voltage of 24V; they are designed for normal temperature conditions. I’m not sure if there are models designed for high temperatures. I measured the temperature on-site, and it was around 180 degrees. So the normal-temperature type is particularly prone to breaking down in summer. Let’s talk about it. How do people usually choose models and carry out maintenance?
