Piping must have a slope and must not form bulges.
The sulfuric acid pipelines built in the past did not have heat tracing, and ordinary carbon steel pipes were sufficient. Be careful to avoid sharp bends and dead ends; the quality of the welds must be satisfactory. Another important point is to try to avoid using water for pressure testing, as it is difficult to dry out after such testing, which makes things more complicated.
