If it still doesn't work after forced regeneration or activation, you can consider changing the resin.

The resin should be replaced and added gradually on a regular basis. Each time a part is replaced, the resin in the lower part of the intersection column will be easily broken, and the broken resin will be discharged during the regeneration process. Clean the resin, and then regenerate it deeply by extending the alkali feeding time and increasing the alkali feeding concentration. If it doesn't work, consider resuscitating the resin. If recovery fails, consider replacing it. How can you just replace something worth hundreds of thousands?
Check to see if it is iron poisoning. After iron poisoning, the resin will turn red, and the resin exchange equivalent will be reduced due to incomplete regeneration. You can consider soaking it in hydrochloric acid for a longer time.
What medicine is best for resuscitation? How much should the concentration be controlled?
1. Part of the resin may be broken due to improper previous operations.; 2. After 5 years of use, some parts will always be lost, and some should be replenished. ; 3. Complete regeneration, concentration 5~7%
