Some companies disclose their employees’ salaries, so everyone’s pay is clearly visible; there is a salary distribution system that ensures more work leads to higher earnings. Some companies do not make this public; when paying salaries, they can give special rewards to employees who have performed well, so as to avoid complaints from some employees and unnecessary troubles. Which method is more effective in motivating people, encouraging employees to strive for excellence and realize their own life values, while also enabling the company to develop rapidly?
