Dalian University of Technology process, six-tower system! The six towers are as follows: T1 Methanol Washing Tower, T2 Carbon Dioxide Stripping Tower, T3 Hydrogen Sulfide Concentration Tower, T4 Methanol Thermal Regeneration Tower, T5 Carbon Dioxide Stripping Tower, and T6 Flue Gas Washing Tower. For a first-time startup, the steps to establish solution circulation are as follows: (It is necessary to supply sufficient methanol from the tank area to V4.) V4 tank → P4 pump → E18 water cooler → E9 lean liquid cooler → E8 lean liquid cooler → T1 tower (Methanol Washing Tower) → E7 (tube side) (tube side) (tube side) ↓ V2 V3 (shell side) (shell side) ↘↙ E7 (shell side) ← P2 pump ← V7 tank ← E6 methanol heat exchanger ← E8 lean liquid cooler ← P1 pump ← upper part of T3 ← middle-upper part of T2 ↓ lower part of T2 → lower part of T3 → P3 pump → S2 filter → E9 lean liquid cooler (shell side) → E10 lean liquid cooler (tube side) ↓ V4 tank ← E10 lean liquid cooler (shell side) ← S3 filter ← T4 tower. If it is not a first-time startup and the solution in the towers has not been drained during a short shutdown, the steps for establishing solution circulation may not follow those above; instead, the sequence in which the pumps are started is determined based on the system’s liquid level. When driving, attention should be paid to the liquid level in each tower to prevent high-pressure fluid from entering low-pressure areas, as well as to prevent cold fluid from reaching hot areas or hot fluid from reaching cold areas
1. Pay attention to changes in liquid level. 2. Monitor high and low pressures to prevent pressure crossover, especially from high pressure to low pressure. 3. Pay attention to the operating procedures for starting the pump. 4. Pay attention to the cold zones and hot zones, and activate the ammonia cooler in a timely manner.
Pay attention to the liquid levels in each tower, and start the pumps in accordance with the procedures for starting them. It is also necessary to prevent the methanol tank from becoming full
