I’m torn – I have two offers from CNPC and Sinopec; which one should I choose?

I studied chemical engineering: one experience was at the Huludao Design Institute of CNPC’s Northeast Refining and Chemicaling Company, where I worked in the process engineering department to learn technical skills; the other experience was at Sinopec’s Hebei Provincial Petroleum Branch, where I was involved in the sales of lubricants. I’m torn between these two options, so I’d like to seek advice from everyone. Thank you very much
Let’s go to the design institute first; learn some skills there. Once I’m proficient in those skills, then I can change careers. As someone in this industry, I’ll know more and have more experience as well.
Design institute: unless you like running around, making money, and networking.
I suggest the original poster also consider the second option carefully. In terms of income, it’s likely that the second option offers more; and when it comes to stability, the second option is also better. Sometimes, skills aren’t everything.............. especially in China
I currently work at ***** Research Institute, where I focus on doing technical work diligently. Having solid technical skills gives one more confidence to handle related tasks or work in this industry. After all, it’s still the experts who should lead:) But if you’re an expert who can master everything and is highly professional, then I wish you even greater success:lol
