This is the first time I’ve heard of it【:lol I’m not very well-informed!】 Is the hydrogen sulfide level in your process gas above the limit? If the hydrogen sulfide level in the syngas is too high, it is due to (NH4)2S in the methanol-poor mixture; if the hydrogen sulfide level in the syngas is within normal limits, then everything is as it should be during normal production. That’s the issue with the top stream reflux from your T102, that is, the carbon dioxide product tower!
Is it because of the presence of ammonia, which, together with hydrogen sulfide, forms ammonium sulfide; this substance cannot be vaporized in the flash tank. As the pressure continues to drop, it decomposes in the CO2 stripping tower into H2S and ammonia, resulting in an excess of sulfur? Please ask experts to share their insights

Personally, I believe it is because the accumulated ammonia and hydrogen sulfide combine to form thiamine salts, which are then broken down and separated in T101, resulting in an increase in sulfur content.
