Are there any manufacturers that produce flue gas coolers? The parameters for the flue gas inlet and outlet are 800°C/402°C, with a flow rate of 1059 m³/h. The cooling medium is water; the temperature of the water at the inlet is 33°C and 53°C at the outlet. For the tube side, 12Cr1MoVG pipes with dimensions of 32*2.5 are used, and the flow velocity is 0.5 M/S. The size of these pipes is determined by the equipment manufacturer. Manifolds are to be installed at the inlet and outlet of the tube side. The flue gas flows on the shell side, with a velocity of 3.0 M/S. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring proper insulation of the cooler as well as the use of appropriate lining materials. The following requirements must also be met: 1. Anti-wear measures should be implemented at the flue gas inlet on the tube side. 2. Ash discharge ports should be provided in the cooler. 3. Access doors should be included for maintenance purposes. 4. The pressure loss in the cooler should be less than 500 PA. 5. The pressure loss in the cooling water pipes should be less than 5 mH2O. 6. The air leakage rate should be less than 5%. If there are any manufacturers that produce such coolers, please get in touch with me so that I can assist with selection and provide quotes. Why is the flue gas flow so low? Was it written wrong? What is the smoke pressure, and are there any requirements regarding resistance loss?
