Sampling coal upon arrival at the plant is a very complicated task; how do you handle it? Are there any automatic sampling machines that are useful? How effective is it?
For the coal that enters the plant, our company relies on manual harvesting; we harvest one truckload at a time. Machine harvesting is used only for bituminous coal, and that is done during transportation
For coal sampling upon entry into the plant, we use automatic samplers. A sampling station is set up at the entrance of the coal yard, where two samplers are used in turn for sampling, which is convenient, fast, and time-saving.
