1. When planning the pipeline layout, in addition to conducting a detailed plan for all the process pipelines, thermal pipelines, and surface water supply and drainage pipelines throughout the facility. The installation methods and locations of other pipelines within the device should also be considered, as well as the design aspects related to relevant specialties. 2. The processes and thermal systems within the unit should be installed as overhead where possible; they can also be installed underground or in ducts when necessary. 3. The spacing between pipe racks should be determined based on the allowable span of the majority of the pipelines on the rack. 4. When determining the span of the pipe rack, in addition to considering the existing pipelines, an appropriate margin should also be reserved. 5. The layout of the pipelines must not hinder the maintenance of equipment and valves. 6. For fire protection and cleaning purposes. 7. Pipe supports may not be required for pipelines that do not provide insulation. 8. Pipeline connections are generally made by welding; flange connections are used only in areas that require frequent maintenance. 9.
