Looking for excellent design and manufacturing suppliers of finned tube heat exchangers
The poster has sent you a short message whether it is the conventional outer fin type or my patented internal fin type. For preliminary information on this aspect, you can refer to the forum post.: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-163192-1-1.html
I don’t know what you want to do. Please tell me in detail and I can give you a recommendation.
That is, there are many types of finned tubes according to different application conditions and manufacturing processes! Without talking about the specific application conditions, how can I recommend it to you? ?
Fin tube heat exchangers are also air coolers. The ones most used in Shanghai are those designed by East China University of Technology Design and Harbin Design Institute. There are many manufacturers now. Because air cooling is not a pressure vessel, there is no cumbersome procedure for pressure vessels. Moreover, the profit of manufacturing air cooling is indeed higher than that of pressure vessels. When our air cooling is broken, we don’t need drawings and let the manufacturing unit manufacture according to the old surveying and mapping, which saves design fees, haha! The fin tubes in air coolers are generally entrusted to units with fin winding machines for processing. Depending on the operating temperature, standards stipulate the use of different fin tubes. Generally, manufacturers can only process one type. I remember that we have made fin tubes with temperatures above 350 degrees. There is no such fin tube manufacturer in Shanghai. Later, I found it in Wuxi!

The air cooler in the high-pressure hydrogenation unit has high temperature and high pressure, so it is very difficult to design and manufacture! ! ! High-temperature air coolers have very high requirements on structural design. If you want to imitate and process surveying and mapping, please give me a suggestion! Never make any changes on your own! Otherwise, you wouldn’t even know how to leak it! ! !
If you have any, you can contact me. I won't tell you if there are more. Our company has a postdoctoral mobile station for heat transfer technology and many experts/doctors in the field of heat transfer. We have more than 30 patents in the field of heat transfer and self-developed calculation software. We are quite professional in the manufacturing of special-shaped tube heat exchangers. If necessary, you can come and inspect. Please contact me.
Please ask the friends on the 3rd floor who posted malicious trolls to list any other manufacturers that claim to have patents for internally extending fins. If so, we reserve the right to sue for infringement of our intellectual property rights. If what the friend on the 3rd floor said is false, then this post should also be blocked. I have browsed several of your reply posts and have already reported and suggested blocking your ID.
