After replacing the gas burner, residues are leaking through. It results from accumulation over time.

Removal method: Round steel or round tubes can be used to clear the gas ducts; however, when the workload is too great, it becomes impossible to remove the graphite, debris, and broken bricks that have accumulated inside. The simplest method is to reconnect the return air duct by using a 6-meter-long φ15 seamless pipe; one end of this pipe is sealed off, holes are made in the wall of that sealed end, and a φ20 circular tube with a length of 30–40 mm is cut in half longitudinally to create circular grooves, which are then placed over the holes in the pipe wall and welded shut on three sides, leaving the open end in the direction of the pipe’s length. Connect the compressed air to the outside of the furnace for backflushing; remember to wear a mask and use appropriate protective equipment at all times to ensure safety and avoid burns. As the original poster mentioned, using burnt nozzle debris and broken bricks is also a very practical method, but some larger pieces of debris need to be removed with a ear pick.
