1. The pressure cannot reach the set value during pressure relief because the slag collection valve connected to the gasifier is leaking internally.； 2. The pressure cannot rise during stamping and cannot reach the set value. The reasons are internal leakage of the slag discharge valve or pressure relief valve or flushing valve, internal leakage or tripping of the lock bucket safety valve, external leakage of the on-site lock bucket system, etc. ； 3. The slag collection valve is suddenly closed during normal operation. The reason is that the slag discharge valve, pressure relief valve or flushing valve has serious internal leakage or is suddenly opened. ； 4. The lock bucket is programmed to stop and wait but does not stop. The reason is that a certain condition is not met during the slag discharge process, such as the liquid level does not alarm or reaches the set value, the pressure does not reach the set value, etc. ；
