Load application varying with coordinates

I’m currently performing stress analysis on the tower, and I need to take into account the static pressure of the medium inside the tower as well as the internal pressure. The static pressure of the medium varies with coordinates. Could someone help me figure out how to incorporate this into my calculations? Thank you!
Pressure = density * gravitational acceleration * height, with height varying depending on the coordinates.
