What are the considerations to keep in mind when designing pipelines for oil field surface treatment? Which API standards should be familiar with during piping? Thank you to all the teachers! !
I work in production technology, engineering management, and supervision; it’s a bit difficult to answer the poster’s question. But I use my many years of work experience and a portion of the catalog of standards I have collected to provide references for netizens. Some commonly used national standards and petroleum industry specifications: (They are available online, and I also have them in my cloud storage.) GB50253-2003 – Design Code for Oil Pipelines; GB50251-2003 – Design Code for Gas Pipelines; GB50350-2005 – Design Code for Oil and Gas Gathering Systems; GB50423-2007 – Design Code for Oil and Gas Pipeline Crossing Projects; SY0605-2005T – Design Code for Onshore Facilities in Condensate Gas Fields; GB50183-2004 – Fire Protection Code for Oil and Gas Engineering Projects; GB50351-2005 – Design Code for Fire Dikes in Tank Farm Areas; SY-T0004-98 – Design Code for Oil and Gas Gathering Systems in Oil Fields; SY-T0010-96 – Design Code for Gas Field Gathering Projects; SY-T 6654-2006 – Recommended Practices for Marking Liquid Petroleum Pipeline Facilities; SY-T 0450-2004 – Seismic Design Code for Steel Oil (Gas) Pipelines; SY4108-2005T – Design, Construction, and Acceptance Code for Optical Fibers (Silica Core Tubes) Laid Alongside Oil (Gas) Pipelines; SY0082.1-2006T – Specifications for the Content of Preliminary Design in Oil and Gas Engineering – Part 1: Onshore Facilities in Oil and Gas Fields.pdf; SYT0082.2-2006 – Specifications for the Content of Preliminary Design in Oil and Gas Engineering – Part 2: Pipeline Projects; SYT0082.3-2006 – Specifications for the Content of Preliminary Design in Oil and Gas Engineering – Part 3: Natural Gas Processing Plant Projects. Below are the new specifications from 2008: (I haven’t collected most of them.) SY/T 6393-2008 – Energy-Saving Technical Specifications for Oil Pipeline Design; SY/T 0021-2008 – Architectural Design Code for Oil and Gas Fields and Pipeline Projects; SY/T 0045-2008 – Design Code for Electrical Dehydration of Crude Oil; SY/T 0069-2008 – Design Code for Crude Oil Stabilization; SY/T 0076-2008 – Design Code for Natural Gas Dehydration; SY/T 0077-2008 – Design Code for Recovery of Natural Gas Condensates; SY 6320-2008 – Safety Regulations for Oil and Gas Gathering in Onshore Fields; SY/T 0605-2008 – Design Code for Onshore Facilities in Condensate Gas Fields; SY/T 0612-2008 – Design Code for Onshore Gathering Systems in High Hydrogen Sulfide-Containing Gas Fields; SY/T 6420-2008 – Energy-Saving Technical Specifications for Onshore Oil Field Design
SY-T0004-98: Design Code for Oil and Gas Transportation in Oil Fields; SY-T0010-96: Design Code for Gas Gathering Projects in Gas Fields. Have these two codes been replaced by the Code for Oil and Gas Transportation in Oil and Gas Fields GB50350? I’m not sure if these two have been invalidated, but in any case we no longer need those two standards.
