The reactor is a fixed-bed tubular reactor for high-temperature gas reactions. The tube contains a catalyst. It is a cylindrical catalyst with a diameter of 4 MM. It is not fragile; if it does break, it turns into powder. For bottom discharge, should a cartridge filter or a large filter (wax candle type) be used? Please give some advice
For pipeline filters, normal operation involves discharge at regular intervals. Large filters allow for an extended cleaning time. If the betting failure frequency is extremely high, two sets may be needed to enable online switching. It depends on your needs; there are no special rules. Since it has to be done, of course all the waste residues need to be trapped. The mesh size of the filter should be fine, in line with the properties of the fluid, to prevent particles from damaging the pump downstream.
