I have encountered a situation where the liquid level in the vaporization furnace remains low; it is usually at 2200 mm, but now it can only be maintained at 1300–1400 mm. If the liquid level is increased, water contamination occurs! ! I don’t know how to do it? ? ? What are the solutions? ? ? Please ask an expert for some advice! ! !
Is gas guidance done using an upward tube? If the temperature of the gasification furnace is normal, a low liquid level in the furnace may be due to poor water quality. It is recommended to increase the amount of water used for cooling, increase the discharge of waste water, and try to improve the quality of the water used in the gasification furnace.
There are two possible reasons: 1. The liquid level display is drifting, showing a lower level than the actual one； It needs to be readjusted or calibrated ； 2. The vapor-liquid separator in the drum is not working properly and needs to be opened for inspection.
