Our factory needs to install a small Calus desulfurization unit; there is virtually no ammonia in the acidic gas – can domestic burners be used? Has anyone used it? Could you tell me how it worked? We use domestic products; I’ll check it out and let you know, and the performance is pretty good too
The old unit of ours was made by Jiangsu Jiangyin Petroleum Machinery Factory; it’s been in use for 7 years now and is still working fine. Also, Luoyang Ruichang and Luoyang Xinpu are also fine.
Thank you to the person above; those in Ruichang are in communication, but the two companies in Luoyang seem to be related? Sister units? :)
Domestic ones should work; imported ones like * kg are too expensive, but they can reach 1300 degrees.
Domestic ones will work as well, but foreign ammonia-burning burners are more durable
For applications with modest requirements, domestic products will suffice. Some people came to us recently to look at burners; they didn’t even see the actual products and knew nothing about them, yet they still dared to sign contracts to manufacture burners. Foreign Dukk’s and German Hohen’s are fine.
It’s better to choose those from abroad. Those products made in China are still not good.
Domestic products are of no problem; the sulfur production burners, online burners, and incineration burners designed by Shandong Sanwei Engineering Company have reached a fairly high standard.
It turns out that the burners designed by the established Luoyang Institute were also quite good; it’s not clear what’s happening now – some companies have declined while others have thrived
Whether it is domestic or imported, care should be taken in its actual use; otherwise, it won’t be usable.
We use ammonia for heating, and the equipment we have is from Luoyang Xinpu. No problems were detected during the maintenance in March; as for those who don’t use ammonia at all, there’s certainly no need to worry – domestic products are excellent!

I found out that the domestic version costs 1 million, while the imported version costs 280,000 dollars – there’s a difference of twice as much in price
Abroad, they mainly rely on technological blockades to extract a large amount of wealth from us. As mentioned above, the price difference is huge; we can only avoid being \"taken advantage of\" by improving our own technology and breaking through their technological monopolies. Of course, we should support domestic products and give them a chance – given that their manufacturing techniques meet the required standards, domestic products should be given priority.:)
If the scale is small and there are no impurities such as ammonia, domestic products will work as well. However, those from abroad have lower H2S content and are free from impurities such as ammonia or heavy hydrocarbons; their operating temperature can reach over 1300 degrees, which is a guarantee. The Dutch *k is quite good, especially for burning ammonia.
They are available abroad, and domestic versions are generally available as well; however, there is a difference in quality. Of course, the price is much lower than that of foreign products.

Support domestic products. The requirements are not strict; domestically produced products are generally sufficient for minor uses. Could you please provide a detailed description of the incinerator upstairs?
Those that support domestic products: In recent years, domestic manufacturers of burners have made rapid progress; Beijing Aerospace and Luoyang Xinpu are recommended
