One of the centrifugal pumps in our factory fails to achieve the same pressure and flow rates as the other one; previously they were similar, but lately the performance has been poor. What do you think could be the reasons? ?
The pump body is worn out, the impeller is blocked, the inlet pipe is blocked; check whether there is any blockage in front of the pressure gauge

Inspect the mechanical seal, pump impeller, and motor
What is the installation location like? Is there sufficient NPSH? Has the gap between the impeller and the pump casing increased, and is the impeller damaged?
The medium being transported tends to form scale, and the impeller may get clogged.
I think it’s the gaskets that have aged, or maybe the gaskets of the two pumps have been repaired!

An increased gap between the impeller and the pump casing, damage to the impeller, and wear of the outlet flow channel can all cause this phenomenon.
Check the pump’s lip seal. The fit of the inter-stage bushings, etc.
It is estimated that the poor sealing of the shaft seal is causing a decrease in the pump’s efficiency. If it is used for too long, the impeller of the pump will wear out. Are there any blockages in the pump’s inlet and outlet pipes?
First, check for leaks! Let’s check if the filter is clogged! There are miscellaneous items and such! ! Next, check whether the impeller is corroded! ! ! If there are no issues with maintenance, then check whether there are problems with the motor (reverse rotation, insufficient speed, unstable current, etc.). Also, check if the pressure gauge is damaged! ! ! Just find the gauge! ! !
