It depends on the specific field. The practice of using professional qualifications as a means to gain advantages should indeed be given attention; rather than suppressing it, it’s better to address it. Risk 1: Security risk. This is one of the greatest risks; once a safety accident occurs, the consequences can be unimaginable. Since project management is now carried out by the project manager, if that person is not even on site, it’s possible that someone else might be wrongly blamed as a result. It’s not just an exaggeration; such things do happen, and in some cases, it leads to separation from one’s spouse and children, with consequences that last a lifetime. This is one aspect that must receive sufficient attention. Risk 2: Certificate risk. Although the registration procedures have not yet been established, a typical registration system requires an inspection every two to three years. If any violations occur, such as the project manager not being on site during an inspection by the relevant authorities, it may affect the successful completion of the annual inspection. Moreover, it is explicitly stipulated that a license can only be used to practice at one institution.
