On the drawing: What is the purpose of that S-shaped bend located at the bottom of the shaft seal condenser? In the shaft seal condenser for syngas compression, there is no such elbow; instead, there is merely a section of pipe that leads to some kind of sealing groove.
You mean small turbines, right? At the bottom of the shaft seal condenser, there is an S-shaped bend that serves a sealing purpose.
To serve as a seal? Where does the condensate formed by the shaft seal condenser go? How to get it out
