After a compressor fails in a large ammonia synthesis plant, staff must immediately go to the site to engage the shut-off device, closing the main steam valve. At this point, the quick-shut oil has been released by the pressure relief valve. So how can the quick-shut oil be re-established in order to engage the brake?
At such times, our factory first completely drains the quick-shut oil. First, establish the starting oil pressure, and then establish the quick-shut oil pressure. However, different manufacturers use different control methods, and the ways in which rapid shutdown hydraulic pressure is established also vary.
After getting out of the vehicle, first check whether the auxiliary fuel pump has started. Is the oil pressure stable? Conduct a thorough inspection. There should be chains for this, right? First, the controller performs a sequential reset, and then oiling is carried out. The gate is closed to enable rotation, preventing the rotor from bending due to differences in temperature between the upper and lower parts of the cylinder body.

Both the solenoid valve and the valve for low lubricating oil pressure can be reset. Solenoid valves are controlled by interlocking. The controller can handle it. This is how we do it here; I’m not sure if it’s the same as what you do
