Since this is my first time dealing with sulfuric acid, I have a few questions: what is an appropriate concentration for absorbing the acid? Is an S02 concentration of 0.28% in exhaust gases appropriate? The steam output is 0.7 tons per ton of sulfuric acid – is that too low? How can this be addressed? What is a normal conversion rate?
Acid absorption concentration: 98.2–98.6%. The S02 concentration in the exhaust gases should be less than 0.0336%

The single-stage conversion rate should be 85% or higher, while the overall conversion rate should be 98.5% or higher.
