It is necessary to use the kinetic model of catalyst catalytic oxidation to optimize the inlet temperature of each section. However, the literature found in China all uses the Xiang Dehui kinetic model, which is based on the domestic S series catalyst. I used it to optimize the design and found that there was a big discrepancy between the theoretical calculation value and the actual measured value.
