For ordinary tube and tube heat exchangers, oil goes to the tube side and steam goes to the shell side. Pay attention to the flow rate being within the appropriate range.
Does the U-shaped fin tube heat exchanger have a higher heat transfer coefficient? You can also use this kind of heat exchanger.
Could you please tell me what process you use to heat diesel? I guess many people would also like to know
The finished diesel blending process uses steam to raise 0# diesel from 10℃ to 40℃, then uses 0# diesel at 40℃ to preheat -35# diesel, -35# diesel rises from -15℃ to 5℃, 0# diesel drops to 20℃, and then the two diesels are blended to produce -20# diesel. Can plate heat exchangers be used to exchange heat between diesel and diesel?
