At first, the position is rotated using a motor impeller, but after a while one becomes numb to it. Such a device shouldn’t require frequent manipulation in order to function properly, right? The material of the induced draft fan is CS+PL. I would like to ask the colleagues at Haichuan: what model of exhaust fan does your company use in order to avoid such issues? # hcbbs
It is recommended to use a water jet pump in place of an exhaust fan; this not only avoids the aforementioned problems but is also beneficial for the environment!
Is there no one else who will answer? The exhaust fan is used when starting the furnace. After turning on the furnace, it switches to natural venting, over time. This exhaust fan gradually stopped working.
There are 3 solutions: 1. Use a fiberglass fan with a high-quality steel frame. 2. Using a water jet scrubber for gas cleaning is environmentally friendly; it allows for the recovery of hydrogen chloride from the exhaust gases, thereby increasing the yield of hydrogen chloride and improving economic efficiency. At the same time, it prevents the fan from getting stuck, achieving three benefits at once. The hydrogen chloride synthesis units provided by our company to our customers all use water jet ejectors to treat the exhaust gases; as a result, the HCl content in the exhaust gases discharged during production is below 10 PPm, which fully meets **environmental regulations. 3.
