The forum scoring rules have been changed

I only discovered yesterday that the forum’s scoring rules had changed, but upon checking http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-251326-1-1.html, I found that the post still hadn’t been updated. If both sets of rules coexist, doesn’t it give the impression that the forum isn’t trustworthy? Please ask the cleaner or supervisor to consider removing or modifying the above post for consistency.

I did go there, carefully read everyone’s comments, clarified my own thoughts and wrote a reply, but when I tried to post it, the thread was closed again. Ah, it was just a few minutes short... Hahaha
