Thank you all. After several days of investigation, I identified several causes: First, improper handling of the electrochemical cell led to the peeling off of the coating. II. The system takes a long time to come online, and there is certain corrosion in various equipment systems; various oxides and complexes end up in the alkaline solution. III. The impact of a pressurized operating condition: low production load, frequent starts and stops, and the entry of air into the system lead to accelerated corrosion of the equipment and pipelines within the system.
