Generally, the routine inspections during the operation of the container are carried out together with those of other equipment in the facility and the equipment in the tank area; a fixed route is designated, specific locations are identified, and specific times are set, meaning that inspections must be conducted at fixed times, in fixed locations, along fixed routes ; 3. In addition to checking the process conditions and equipment status, the specific inspection items focus on the condition of safety accessories; the detailed inspection items are generally based on the provisions outlined in Chapter 7 on Safety Accessories of the Pressure Vessel Regulations ; 4. Our unit’s practice is to require teams and departments to fill out monthly inspection forms for pressure vessels; for teams dealing with category three pressure vessels, weekly inspection forms are also required. The information to be filled in includes: 1. Whether the safety accessories are in good condition and valid, and whether they are being used within their expiration date. 2. Visual inspection (presence of obvious deformation) ; Whether there are any obvious external defects in the weld). 3. Are there any leaks in the equipment and safety accessories? 3. Ensure operations are carried out in a standardized manner; overheating and overpressure are strictly prohibited. 4. Check whether the insulation, which is required for thermal protection, is in good condition. 5. Check whether the parameters of the equipment used for monitoring, such as pressure, are within the specified range.
1. Check whether the vessel body, connection parts, weld joints, etc. have cracks, overheating, deformation, leakage, damage, corrosion, etc. 2. Check whether the insulation layer is damaged, detached, damp, or experiencing cold leakage. 3. Check whether there is any leakage of liquid or air from the leak detection holes and signal holes, and ensure that the leak detection holes are unobstructed. 4. Check whether there is any abnormal vibration, noise, or friction between the pressure vessel and adjacent pipes or components. 5. Check whether the supports or bearings are damaged, whether the foundation has sunk, tilted, or cracked, and whether the fasteners are complete and in good condition. 6. Are the discharge (hydrophobicity, waste discharge) devices in good condition? 7. Are there any phenomena such as overpressure, overheating, or excess quantity during operation? 8. If the tank is equipped with a grounding device, check whether it meets the requirements. 9. Implementation status of monitoring measures for pressure vessels with a safety rating of level 4, and any abnormal conditions. 10. Are the safety accessories (pressure gauges, level gauges, temperature measuring instruments, rupture disc devices, safety valves) in good condition and sensitive? 11. The areas where the liquid level fluctuates, the areas subject to erosion at the gas and liquid inlets, the gas-liquid distributor and the corresponding sections of the cylinder.
