How to get along with senior employees?

I once went to a newly established company for an internship; it didn’t have many employees. There are also a few managers, who are either relatives or friends of the boss; they don’t have high levels of education, with some having only an elementary school education. I can get along well with the frontline employees in the company, but it’s difficult to get along with my upper management. They always give the impression of being distant and unapproachable. Due to the establishment of a new facility, the boss needs a college graduate with qualifications and capabilities to take over from the less competent older employees (who may be skilled in certain areas but not suitable for management roles). So I guess they have more or less a sense of wariness towards us fresh college graduates. I think something like this exists in other companies as well, and I have a question: how should we deal with older employees (especially those with lower educational qualifications)? Thank you. :)
Just do your own job well; if you want to improve, you need to learn more and keep updating your skills. Thinking too much can sometimes only bring trouble to oneself!
It mainly depends on your mindset; with determination, you can do anything well, and the same goes for interpersonal relationships
Consult experienced employees more often on everything; avoid discussing professional matters in front of them. If they invite you for a drink, be sure to go

Heroes don’t care about one’s background; don’t often mention your educational qualifications in front of them； Be humble in front of senior employees, avoiding being either overbearing or too submissive ； Do your own duty well.
I think you don’t need to deliberately try to please them or do anything special for them; just stay calm and normal. Don’t look down on them, nor be afraid of them. Just do one's own job well. :handshake
What’s there to get along with? It’s just going to work, right? Do what needs to be done, and avoid offending each other. That’s fine. Don’t expect anyone to teach you either; aside from those preparing to retire, no one is willing to do it.
