Since the beginning of this year, XX Chemical Plant has taken the opportunity to formulate business management processes to develop energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies, launch energy-saving and consumption-reducing projects, strengthen energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures, and further improve the efficient use of energy. In January, energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of output value was 1.187 tons of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of 31.98%, the best level for the same period in history. Our factory has streamlined and formulated 107 business management processes, including energy management, and decomposed each work into several specific procedures. Each procedure stipulates specific person in charge and job responsibilities, so that the upper level procedures are responsible for the lower level procedures, and the lower level procedures form supervision on the upper level procedures, ensuring the efficiency of management work. Strengthen on-site energy management, conduct comprehensive inspections twice a week, and rectify problems in a timely manner to eliminate leaks and leaks. In terms of steam consumption, according to weather changes, we adopt the method of supplying steam at night and stopping steam during the day, saving more than 1,000 tons of steam every month. ; In terms of water use, the sulfuric acid and soda systems increased the use of reclaimed water and saved a lot of new water. ; In terms of electricity consumption, we will strengthen the pre-judgment of system startup and shutdown, enhance the use efficiency of the electric furnace in the sulfuric acid system and the management of the battery tank in the chlor-alkali system. Actively carrying out energy-saving and consumption-reducing technological transformation projects, the factory signed project responsibility letters with each workshop to implement one acceptance check to promote the work progress. A total of 16 projects have been completed since last year. In January this year, we saved 1,343 tons of standard coal, 125,000 tons of water, 12.26 million kwh of electricity, and 1,020 tons of steam compared with the same period last year. Haha, this is the epitome of energy saving and consumption reduction in our factory.
