I used to work on a four-shift, three-shift rotation schedule. Average months of work: 3/4*30=22.5 days. No access to **official holidays. 3/4 * 365 = 273.75 days per year. Average monthly working days for the day shift (office): 5/7*30=21.43 days. You can enjoy **official holidays (7 days before, now 10 days). 5/7*365-10=250.71 days per year. Calculating in this way, for over a year of shift work, that’s 273 – 250 = 23 days. It’s equivalent to one month, but currently, it’s calculated on a daily wage basis as well, which counts as a form of compensation. Working shifts is tough, but once you get used to it it’s not a big deal. There’s also a shift allowance, though it’s not much. You can also earn extra money outside of shift hours.:P
Human energy cannot meet the demands of working three shifts a day!
Here we have a three-shift system with five shifts in total; if it were a three-shift system with four shifts, I think people wouldn’t be able to handle it.
