The calorific value of cold gas is 5200 KJ. For a standard room-type furnace with dimensions of 4 meters x 3 meters x 3 meters, can the temperature be raised to 1100 degrees without using a heat exchanger? How long does it take to heat up?
The conventional combustion process takes a long time, but with regenerative combustion technology, in my experience, it’s no problem to reach 1100 degrees within 30 minutes. It saves at least 30% more energy compared to conventional methods.
