Gentlemen, what exactly is the concept of utility consumption?

These are the various grades of water, electricity, gas/vapor used in the production process, as well as the various chemicals employed other than as process raw materials. Utility consumption is part of the calculation of energy consumption.
Utilities generally refer to water, electricity, gas, and steam. In industrial production, there is always some loss of these substances, that is, a form of consumption. This kind of consumption is called utility consumption! It is also part of the calculation for operational costs. For reference :)

Upon closer inspection, a portion of the water and electricity used cannot be counted as part of the utility costs, as it is used for office purposes; from a financial perspective, such expenses cannot be included in the costs but rather are classified as administrative expenses.
