During the feeding process, it takes 20 minutes to mix potassium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, and calcium powder evenly; after sieving, they are transferred into the hopper. Due to their high viscosity, the progress is very slow. I’m not sure how to improve efficiency The conveyor belt leaks material severely in humid weather; how can this leakage be reduced? Is the conveyor belt made using adhesive? Additionally, I would like to know what is a reasonable ratio for the personnel responsible for feeding materials into the tall tower
This is indeed one of the problems we are facing at present. To resolve it, I believe the only option is to change the method of transportation; certain funds will need to be invested. Until this change is made, it’s important to improve the management of the powder material, prevent it from getting wet, and enhance the management of the edge materials by ensuring they are cleaned up promptly to avoid any accumulation.
