Environmental regulations are very strict these days; our factory recycles almost all of its emissions, which is really exhausting. How did you do it?
If pollution is not controlled, enterprises will have to be shut down or restructured; they won’t even have the right to survive! For urea, it is necessary to carry out proper desorption and deep hydrolysis processes, as well as to improve the recovery of ammonia water.
The urea system focuses on environmental protection by eliminating leaks: 1. Strengthen equipment maintenance to reduce leakage points; 2. Operate the digestion and hydrolysis systems properly; recycle waste liquids and send them to the jacket ; 3. Ensure proper recovery of urea dust ; 4. Strict control is applied to urea packaging to minimize spills.
See what kind of company it is; if it’s a local company, no matter how you’re ranked, they might not target you as long as you remain hidden from public view. If it’s not a local company, things get difficult. You may have zero emissions, yet they can still claim that you cause pollution.
1. First and foremost, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the device’s operation, maintain proper system balance, and reduce emissions caused by abnormal operations of the system; 2. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the basic management of equipment in order to reduce leaks, spills, and other losses, as well as to minimize the discharge pressure caused by equipment leaks ; 3. The ammonia-containing wastewater that must be discharged by the system should be recovered and reused step by step, with care taken to remove impurities and the like.
1. Strengthen regular inspections and equipment maintenance to eliminate leaks; focus on properly tightening the packing of plunger pumps, checking the mechanical seals of centrifugal pumps, and inspecting other areas prone to leakage such as the packing of medium and low pressure valves. 2. Operate with care to maintain a stable and continuous production load, adjust the reasonable distribution of loads between the first and second stages, and strictly control the process parameters of the absorption tower in the first stage to prevent overheating. The ultimate goal is to increase the conversion rate and reduce emissions from both stages (however, in actual production, it is common to operate at full capacity, resulting in high amounts of medium- and low-pressure vent gases). 3. Operate the deep hydrolysis unit properly so that the wastewater discharged meets environmental standards; at the same time, the hydrolyzed solution can be used within the system to reduce ammonia consumption (but there is still the issue of having to handle large volumes of waste, leading to high levels of hydrolysis-related vent gases)
Additional note: 1. Leaks are quite random in occurrence; in the event of an unexpected leak, emergency measures should be in place, and environmental emergency plans should be activated to prevent environmental accidents. The common practice is to establish an emergency tank, into which the ammonia-containing medium should be promptly discharged in the event of a large-scale leak. 2. Waste oil from mechanical pumps should also be collected promptly and sent to an oil recovery unit for treatment.
