Why are the wall thicknesses of DN6~DN40 pipes in the pipeline table (same pressure level) different from those greater than DN40? DN6~DN40 is SCH80 and anything larger than DN40 is SCH40. How to explain? ?

The standards of our hospital are also like this. I have always been confused. If calculated, it should be OK to use SCH40 for DN6~DN40. I don’t know what factors should be considered when using SCH80 for DN6~DN40?
