What should be considered when increasing or decreasing the load in a chiller system?
Precautions: 1. Timely communication is necessary between internal and external operations； ⒉Load increases and decreases should be done gradually; pay attention to changes in the sound of the unit as well as any signs of leakage before and after adjustments, and contact the relevant personnel in charge of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and static equipment maintenance promptly if any problems are detected ； ⒊Load adjustment should be made according to process requirements; it should not be adjusted arbitrarily.
When increasing or decreasing the load, pay attention to the opening degree of the surge valve to avoid surging.
