Regarding the issue of light transmittance?

The light transmittance of the products manufactured by our factory never meets the required standards. Could someone please advise me on what might be the reason?
The mathematical expression of the Lambert-Beer law is: A = kbc, where k is the molar absorption coefficient, b is the thickness of the liquid layer, and c is the concentration of the solution. The value of k depends on the properties of the substance, the solvent, the wavelength of the incident light, and temperature. You did not specify what product it is; this issue has also occurred in our company. For chemicals, it is mainly impurities that have an impact – certain impurities, even in small quantities, can significantly affect the light transmittance. Comparative tests can be conducted; based on the standard solution of the main components, the transmittance is high, but it becomes lower when testing the actual product, mainly due to the influence of unknown impurities. Thus, it affects the “concentration of solution c” in the formula.
Our product is antioxidant 1010, and its light transmittance always fails to meet the requirements. Do you think it’s related to the polishing issue of the dryer, or is it connected to airtightness?
