Phosphate problem

In the sampling analysis of our drum, phosphate levels fluctuate significantly; when samples are taken at the same time, two values that differ considerably from each other can be obtained. It seems that the cooling water used for sampling is not able to cool the boiler water, and if the flow rate of the sampling water is increased slightly, gas is produced. I also contacted the analysis lab, and their analysis was correct. What’s going on here? Next, what should the pressure at the sampling point be?
If the drum liquid level is not properly controlled, and if the liquid level is above the drain port, then the sample taken will be valid, and the analysis data will be accurate； If the liquid level is below the drain port, the sample will be steam condensate, and the analysis results will naturally reflect the composition of the steam rather than that of the boiler water.
