Contents to be filled in the design parameter table

May I ask whether in the design parameter table for pressure vessels, the welding factors, as well as the inspection ratios and grades for the cylinder and the head, are filled in separately? Under what circumstances are the welding coefficients and flaw detection methods different for the cylinder and the head?
It’s different in every situation. How could coefficients and ratios be the same?
The contents of the parameter table shall include those specified in Article 30 of the tolerance regulations; other technical requirements that need to be explained shall be stated in the supplementary technical requirements.
